With team consulting, as an individual team, you will gain access to a wealth of knowledge that has been learned over the course of close to two decades of playing and coachman at elite level of hockey. We will help guid you and your team throughout the season. We will discuss your vision for the year and will help with the development of a plan and help facilitate the implementation of that plan so you and your players can maximize their experience this season.

There are multiple options for this service. One option pays strict attention to details with your goaltenders. We will work with goaltenders during your normal team practices. Before attending practice, we will collaborate with the coaches fo the team to make sure that there is time to work with the goalies. The purpose is to make sure that goalies are continuously developing  and improving throughout the season.

Option two is a full team approach. We will also collaborate with the teams coaches to  help with anything they may need. Options may be team  skill development sessions, running team practices, guidance on development of practice plans, development of goal setting for the season for individuals and the team, and much more.
